Privacy Policy

BAGADI LLC is the controller of account, billing, marketing-site, security, and support data used to operate our relationship with you. For contacts, buyers, employees, and other people whose data a merchant puts in Lakop, the merchant is the controller and BAGADI LLC is its processor or service provider.

This policy covers the Lakop service and public website, not the independent practices of eBay, Stripe, a merchant, or another third party.

• Account and business details, including names, work email addresses, workspace identity, role, and authentication records.
• Commerce and operations data, including contacts, products, orders, shipping addresses, messages, quotes, invoices, expenses, journal records, marketplace fees, and payouts.
• Connection data from eBay US, Stripe Connect, and services a merchant authorizes, limited to the permissions needed for enabled features.
• Device, request, diagnostic, security, and usage data needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
• Communications and support content you send to us.

Stripe collects payment-card and connected-account verification information under its own terms. Lakop does not store full card numbers.

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.
• Import orders, synchronize inventory, fulfill sales, post accounting entries, reconcile payouts, and send requested business communications.
• Authenticate users, enforce roles, prevent fraud and abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.
• Administer trials, subscriptions, notices, and customer relationships.
• Analyze aggregate service performance and improve functionality.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing a business service, compliance with law, and consent where requested. A merchant determines the legal basis for personal data it controls in its workspace.

We disclose information to authorized workspace users; processors listed on our Subprocessor List; channels and payment services a merchant chooses to connect; professional advisers; and authorities or counterparties when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. We may transfer information in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale subject to appropriate confidentiality.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain account and workspace data while the account is active and afterward for legitimate legal, security, dispute, backup, and accounting needs. Retention varies by record type and merchant instructions. Append-only accounting, stock, and audit records are corrected by offsetting entries rather than silent rewriting.

Verified eBay marketplace account-deletion notifications trigger the supported buyer-data deletion workflow. Merchants can anonymize contacts while preserving records they must retain.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may appeal a denied request. Buyers should first contact the merchant that collected their data; we assist that merchant under the Data Processing Addendum. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using its link. Operational and legal notices remain necessary for the service.

Submit a request to privacy@lakop.app. We may verify identity and authority before acting. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.

We use safeguards described in our Security Overview, including encrypted transport, encrypted stored integration secrets, tenant isolation, role-based access, redacted logs, and audit trails. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed in the United States and other places used by our subprocessors. Where required, transfers use recognized legal mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

Lakop is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We will post material changes here and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date is governed by the updated policy.
